山地凹陷間形成的湖泊景觀為發想, 在盤子中間塑造出凹槽形成自然的間隔將醬料或是主、副餐點分開,保有食物的風味與口感。

Inspired by the way lakes form within mountain depressions, a recessed center creates a natural separation that holds sauces or side dishes apart from the main food, helping preserve each element’s flavor and texture.
